It restores or enhances the signature flavor of sausages, encompassing a complex flavor profile of "basic meat aroma (e.g., pork or chicken aroma) + spice aroma (e.g., pepper, garlic, fennel) + subtle fatty aroma". This reduces the use of actual meat raw materials or simplifies the processing workflow.
Classified by raw material source, it falls into two categories: one is extracted and purified from natural ingredients (e.g., meat, spices); the other is blended from compliant synthetic food-grade spices. Both categories comply with food additive safety standards.
